Following rules will be applicable for various payment refund requests –

For Consultation Fees

  • If you proceed the payment by mistake and wish to get the refund, you will need to request the refund using email within 12 hours after the transaction. But one has to have some references of appropriate causes of refund, user id, email address, purchase time to get the refund.
  • Refund request should be sent on support@ksharsutratherapy.com or Click here.
  • No refund request for consultation fees will be entertained after 12 hours of transaction.
  • If the refund request is found genuine, the money will be refunded back to you within 30 days from the refund request.
  • A minimum 5% of the amount will be deducted as processing fees. This may increase as per the payment gateway policies at the time of refund.
  • No refund request will be entertained if –

    a. You claim the refund after 12 hours of transaction.
    b. You change your mind.
    c. You are found to abuse, threat or doing any inappropriate action with the doctor/hospital.
  • If the cancellation/refund is claimed due to the abusive nature of the User, such User shall not be eligible for any refund and Website/Practitioner shall be entitled to take any legal action, depending upon the gravity of the matter.

For Health Consultation Packages

For PDF e-books and brochures

  • Refund applicable only if –
    • You have received a wrong or unreadable pdf file.
  • No refund request will be entertained if -
    • You have already received the pdf through email.
    • You change your mind.
    • You don’t have enough skill to read or understand the content.
    • You don’t want after downloading.
